Gateshead.

I’m not going to prattle on about Gateshead; but, to the right is a picture of the city’s most iconic building.

You can read all about the car park’s history on various websites so I’ll not go over the same ground, except to say that, Gateshead Council in their infinite wisdom has sold it off; to be demolished and the site redeveloped.

The site itself has been sealed now; so the end can’t be far away.
